I've raised & successfully launched my 21 year old son Marcelo here.
He's Proudly earned his “Eagle Scout” working on his double major Political Science/International Business Major at the University of West Florida (UWF). He’s a brand new homeowner and a mom couldn’t be prouder!

We Live the Active beach life! We play Tennis, Sail, Surf, Paddleboard, Scuba, Fish, Boat, Jetski, Golf and more!
There is so much to do here and we take full advantage of the Music Scene, Concerts, Festivals, Restaurants, Markets, Events and the list goes on.

I Love what I do! I get to match houses with Families - Investors with Cash-Flowing properties - Vacationers with great second homes.
